Question about finding unlocks needed - Guild Wars Forums

I looked an answer to this but couldnt seem to find one. So can anyone tell me if there is anyway to check and see a list of what Runes/upgrades/skills you have unlocked? The only way I could think of was to make a PvP character and go through what you have, but at this time all my slots are full with PvE characters (once again cant decide who to delete, lol). I just want to know what I am still looking for.

Honestly, I thought you could check which skills and items you've already unlocked at the Priest of Balthazaar NPCs you find littered throughout the major hub cities.

I thought of that just after I posted, and realized that should work well for skills and upgrades. The only problem I have is runes. I know I have unlocked some major and superior runes but have not yet unlocked the minors for them, so Balthazar shows that I still need it. So I guess at this point I just need to know if there is some way see what runes you have unlocked?

Only way is a PVP character.

I have 3 characters, with one slot always free for a pvp character. Everyone should always have one free slot, that way they can create and delete them on the fly.

thanks, good to know I am not missing anything at least

lol, and I try to keep one space free, but then I decide I want to try out a new class (and I like to test in PvE where I wont get flamed for being a newb). I just happend across 4 class combos that I like...now I need to decided which to kick.
